ZeeVitiligo Nigeria Support Community is a non-profit group focused on advocating for and supporting individuals living with vitiligo throughout Nigeria and beyond. Established in May 19, 2021

  • Our mission is to raise awareness and spread positivity for individuals living with vitiligo in Nigeria and beyond.
  • Vitiligo Awareness and Support
    • We support media campaigns to clarify myths about vitiligo, improving individuals’ understanding and knowledge of the condition. We provide support to those diagnosed with vitiligo in Nigeria and beyond.
  • Vitiligo Education
    • We provide educational support and scholarships for Nigerians with vitiligo; covering both formal and informal education, until the age of 18.
  • Vitiligo Advocacy
    • We support initiatives in Nigeria and beyond, to raise global awareness about vitiligo.
Our Vision

We envision a Nigerian society that eliminates the stigmatization of individuals living with vitiligo. By promoting a culture of acceptance and inclusion, ZeeVitiligo creates a safe space for its members to build self-esteem and resilience. We advocate for fair treatment, celebrate the diversity of skin patterns, and strive for a future where every Nigerian, regardless of their skin color, can live with dignity and pride.

The ZeeVitiligo Nigeria Support Community focuses on creating a robust support network for individuals with vitiligo. Our goal is to help people connect, share their experiences, and feel understood. We also emphasize the importance of unity by advocating for collaboration between local and international organizations to raise awareness about vitiligo.
